How do you stop your instant porridge from becoming lumpy?
Have you been using the instant maize porridge like ACE and find that when you pour in the porridge
into warm/ hot milk or water it turns lumpy even after you stir it in slowly?
Tip-don’t use warm/ hot milk or water. Use the liquid cold. Place the porridge in the liquid and then stir for 30 seconds or until dissolved.
Then you can choose to microwave or heat on a stove.
Or you can dissolve in a cup of cold liquid and then pour it into the hot milk or water.
